NOTICE TO OUR RETAILERS & INSTURCTORS: It is unfortunate that we feel the need to post this notice, however due to several "rush my order, I have a class this weekend" requests we feel that we have no other choice by to remind our friends...
This may sound harsh, but it is meant to ease the stress for all of us...
A lack of planning on your part does not constitute and emergency on our part. (Now, laugh and giggle because we say this to our children all the time - usually on the way out the door to school - LOL) PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE... plan your mulberry paper orders accordingly with your classes to allow enough time for your shipment to arrive! If you have a class on Saturday, please DO NOT place your order Friday and expect it to arrive in time for your class on the next day... that is not possible. We do our best to ship your order out as quickly as possible (infact we are ALWAYS praised for our quick order processing and shipping). We are a small business, brick-n-mortar store just like the stores we supply. We plan classes and events too... often under pressure and crunched for time because it creeps up so quickly. Believe us, we understand since we face the same pressures as you do. There are some things that are simply beyond our limits. Transit time happens to be one of them.
